These are a Five-Class, Five-Week series in-person or virtually.
Saturdays

Registration is currently OPEN. This class will be held weekly on Saturday mornings from 10:00am - 1:00pm. It will be a completely Virtual course held via Zoom. All materials for the class will be provided as part of the cost. We ask that you please have on hand a birthing ball and your own pillow for class. Partner's are highly encouraged to attend.
