Rachel is a Childbirth & Postpartum Doula who is trained through DONA. Her strengths are being extremely intuitive, flexible, and very encouraging.

Rachel grew up in Greenwood, IN. She is wonderful to chat with and will make you feel so comfortable within minutes of meeting, making it feel like you've been best friends for years. Rachel is also CPR/BLS certified. Her greatest passion in birthwork is the privilege of watching undisturbed birth unfold - watching the magic of a woman become a mother and bring her baby earthside.

What called her to serve as a birthworker is a desire to help dispel fear around birth and replace it with confidence. She seeks to clear up the rampant misinformation there is surrounding birth. This comes from personal experience, particularly when she was pregnant with her oldest child. Her midwife was the guilding light for her to find confidence in herself and her motherly and birthing intuition. With her midwife as her guide, she was able to learn to trust in her body and it's ability to birth - which then led her down the path to have a rewarding, magical, and undisturbed birth that forever changed her and the course of her entire life.

Rachel simply wishes to be the change she sees is needed in the birth world, the change that her midwife was for her.
